Paralegal

Draft legal correspondence like Affidavit of Service, Complaint Affidavit and Investigation Data Form, Judicial Affidavit- Gather and arrange evidence and other legal documents for attorney's review and case preparation.- Help lawyers during trials by handling exhibits, taking notes or reviewing trial transcripts.- Establish and maintain proper records of hearing schedules, files and legal status.- Manage to compute restructuring and compromise agreement during hearings or even client visit- Monitor accounts through follow on calls under compromise agreement.- Negotiate with clients for possible compromise agreement during hearing/ mediation.- Field works from time to time when needed especially for special cases/ projects like skip tracing, high risk accounts, etc.- Responsible for the coordination with the sheriff's office for the enforcement of writs of executions.- Will conduct asset research and skip tracing _if needed_.- Preferably with knowledge in court proceedings.- With knowledge in coordination and processing of documents with different government agencies such as SEC, BIR, LGU etc.Qualifications:- 2 to 4 years' experience as Legal Assistant/Paralegal- With Valid Driver's License- Willing to do field works- Qualified applicants awaits a competitive compensation package plus other allowances**Benefits**:- Paid training- Transportation service providedSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Paralegal: 2 years (preferred)- Writ of Execution: 1 year (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 75% (preferred)
