Legal Executive

**Position Summary**:Key Output / Deliverables:1. Manage legal cases and contracts2. Counsel all management levels regarding legal matters3. Lead compliance within the business4. Constantly improve legal documents and processes using innovative means and technologies5. Assist in creating and defending the intellectual property of Nestle Philippines**What will make you successful**:1. At least 5 years experience of legal business partnering with internal clients2. Prior experience as a Corporate Secretary or Assistant Corporate Secretary3. Has developed strong external legal network especially in emerging legal areas such as Competition Law4. Prior experience on the following: Data Privacy/Data Protection; Intellectual Property; Corporate Housekeeping and Contract Drafting & Negotiation
