Operations Supervisor

Job Description:
Leads, controls and coordinates the assigned projects - Nationwide Brand Activations, Roadshows, and other BTL(Below-the-line) marketing projects and activities.
Ensures the proper and strict implementation of the administrative, accounting and personnel policies of the Company.
Develops network of external relations with third-party vendors, Local Government Unit (LGU) and other stakeholders.
Implements project based on the approved Operational guidelines and in accordance with the proper schemes/processes stated in the Clients advice
Prepares and ensures timely submission and accuracy of postmortem/progress reports to the Operations Manager (OM)
Ensures that all instructions, responsibilities and operational details are clearly understood by the implementing personnel.
Ensures that projects are implemented with agreed upon budgets.
Supervises Project Coordinators in their day-to-day operations and concerns.
Ensures that the Company Core Values are followed through constant example

RequirementsCandidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Others or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Filipino
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Project Management, Brand Activation, Event Management, Data Reporting, People Management
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
Must be willing to travel.
