Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role
With 10 years of experience in manufacturing
Oversee in power press, metal fabrication, metal process, power coating,and metal stamping press
Applicants must willing to work in Valenzuela City

Job Responsibilities:Set daily/ weekly/ monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
Oversee and coach employees
Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
Check production output according to specifications.
Submit reports on performance and progress.
Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
Train new employees on how to safety use machinery and follow procedures
Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
Supervise the production leads and employees with their job responsibilities in the production of metal frames to achieve the daily schedule and departmental goals, while maximizing production efficiency.
Identify and proactively raise productivity issues and trends and recommend alternatives for improved performance.
Collaborate with concerned departments on a regular basis to assess needs that support current and future production.
Train, motivate, monitor and evaluate performance of staff, ensuring their ability to effectively perform their functions; taking disciplinary actions as required.
Create, prepare and report prescribed metrics daily, weekly and monthly.
