Operation Manager / Team Leader- Tiktok Project

ENGLISH PLUS REPUBLICIs currently looking for: OPERATION MANAGER / TEAM LEADER - TIKTOK PROJECTResponsibilities: Searching potential livestreamers and talented individuals on Tiktok and other social media sitesAbility to discuss to the livestreamers/ talent the goal of the community or the agencyInvite and help to sign up to Tik Tok the livestreamers and talents using various social media channelsGuidance on the host live-streaming and interactions with the audience, and talent cultivationCommunicate with the host on the platform proactively, and help address issues and difficulties during live streaming and content creation after being onboardedMonitor and discuss to the Host the Live duration, content creation, follower growth, and its revenueWork with upper management, develop the business strategy on how to improve the project.Conducting training of team members and newly hired agents to maximize their potential in all aspects related to their dutiesCapable in developing policies related to the project design, andother documentation similar to this matterAbility to handle live content planning, event promotion, follower maintenance, and crisis managementUpdate daily reports and communicate with the Management on the project progress and status.Job RequirementA Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Communications, or similar.Preferably with BPO sales account experienceLead generation, sales, social media marketing, customer service, video editing, modeling agency experience is preferred.Excellent communication, diplomacy, and negotiation skills, natural ability to nurture relationships, build trust and recognize boundariesSocial media savvy with understanding of how to engage with influencers onlineExcellent verbal and written presentation skills; excellent written and spoken EnglishRelevant experience in live streaming such as BigoLive is preferredTiktok exposure is a must.Proactive, creative thinker and a self-starter ? can use own initiative and drive to make things happenTenacious and adopt at working in a fast-paced environment, highly skilled at project management, with ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing priorities
