Responsibilities
Build and Lead a team of online account executives in Manila to identify, develop and nurture pipeline leads as well as close business in our online segment.
Originally focused on opportunities in our APJ region, the team’s goals will expand as the presence and success in the region does.
Manage team to key KPIs, using data to drive feedback and coaching. Provide call and chat coaching to reps on a weekly basis
Work directly with the Director of Online Sales to set quarterly goals and expand the team’s success and achievement in this new market
Drive team growth through effective and strategic hiring by working cross-functionally with the recruitment team.
Continuously work to educate and promote growth for direct reports.
