We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the overall coordination, management and leadership of all marketing activities of the Company.Qualifications:
Must have 2 - 3 years of experience in a marketing-related role
Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a Managerial capacity.
Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills are essential.
Must have Hubspot certification
Responsibilities:Primary Responsibilities:Prepare and execute annual Marketing Calendar
Management of EDMs to database
Digital Marketing including social media management
Website Management
Management of all product literature including creating new and updating existing.
Establish both market and target customer strategies in coordination with the Managing Director
Engage with management and internal teams on marketing strategy with the intention of impacting client acquisition and retention to drive revenue.
Prepare an annual Marketing Plan and provide regular updates and revisions to the Managing Director
Maintain current knowledge of market and industry trends, competitors and leading customer strategies
Maintain an active presence and act as a key contributor to the leadership team
Ensure management is kept up to date and informed with accurate reporting including daily, weekly and monthly reports
Provide feedback to new products and marketing ideas.
Ensure product managers have adequate support and resources to meet and exceed targets.
Manage and structure new product campaigns
Review of 3rd party paid marketing i.e. Indesign, BookMarc, Architecture & Design
Marketing AutomationCreate monthly newsletter to send to database
Use Hubspot to send customized emails to certain parts of the country, and company types. i.e. a SA email regarding Daniel Williams and a EDM to subbies
Country specific drip nurturing to appeal to different audiences within Australia
Report on email performance looking at interaction rates, open rates, download rates etc
Case Study CreationGo through invoiced projects and identify which ones to arrange photos for.
Arrange access to the project and book photoshoots to obtain project shots
Add completed projects to website including images, blurb and contact information of involved companies.
Add new images to the following folders:
1) Sales - Product information – product – photos
2) Add select images to product page of website
Add photos as a project on the website
Website Management.Checking all pages on the website to ensure they are loading and appearing correctly, if not arranging for them to be fixed or fixing it directly.
Website Optimization:
Good Experience running onsite conversion rate optimization programs utilizing a/b testing, heatmap, user tracking, analytics and other strategies.
Search Engine Optimization
Exceptional hands on experience in SEO, with good knowledge of latest best practices, solutions and opportunities for growth
Ability to either develop content directly, or write a solid brief suitable for a copy writer for content with a strong SEO focus while still adding value to the humans that have to read it

Review website host for speed and price
Website Updates
Add projects, products, images and other relevant information so website is always up to date
Forecast, manage and reconcile marketing campaign budgets
Prepare business case for new product lines
Proactively monitor competitor product and pricing movements
Events and Trade ShowsEvent management, leverage and promotion
Coordinate exhibition banners, shelf strips, product cards, stands and any other associated paraphernalia required for exhibitions (LEA & ARC)
Graphic Design workCreate Sales Support materials – launches, new product developments, reviews, Email signatures, Brochures, EDM’s
Ensure brand standards are maintained at all touchpoints.
Research, source and brief external marketing suppliers such as printers, photographers etc.
Record all customer related activity inside Salesforce CRM
Digital Media ManagementCreate and manage social media calendar for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook
Google AdWords & LinkedIn:
Extensive experience within the Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager platforms, with solid experience and results managing a good range of ad campaign sizes
Can show real world results around ongoing optimization of ongoing activity across all key platforms using conversion tracking, analytics, reporting platforms etc
Experience around developing good creative that delivers results, specific to each channel, ad type and key target segmentation
