Details of the offer

In your new role you will: Ensure continuous smooth operation of HVAC, Process cooling, exhausts system, compressed air, gases, vacuum and lift services. Ensuring zero ItP and zero incident and meeting key department results. Lead FM engineers/executives interfacing in all relevant audits and authority inspections. Coordinate and maintain FM documentations which related to engineering and operation (i.e. as built drawing, up to date layouts, authority documentations, licenses and etc.) Lead FM system owners in updating, tracking and monitoring of facility assets list and assets maintenance in One SAP. Ensure operation, maintenance and development of BAS, FMCS and SPC for all facility services to minimize risk of plant operation due to instable system. Coordination of new facilities system transition from project completion phase to operation phase. Subsequently provide input to engineering section for development phase. Improve systematic of cost planning, tracking and control to increase efficiency of operation cost management. You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related studies IATF 16949 FMCS, SPC RCM & FMECA SAP Application Legal Requirement (FMA, OSHA, UBBL, NFPA, etc) Green Line and Clean Room requirement 8D Methodology Project Management, PNID, AUTOCAD Our offer in Malacca Wide range of training offers & planning of career development International assignments Different career paths: Project Management, Technical Ladder, Management & Individual Contributor Exempt working hours are flexible within core hours (9am-12pm & 2pm- 5.15pm) Home office options for certain tasks or due to personal circumstances.
