Jr. Wordpress Developer

Job Description:
The Jr. WordPress Developer position is primarily responsible for delivering tasks/projects assigned by the Project Manager. This position reports to the Director of ENT and SMB Development, and will help the Project Manager achieve the goal of timely delivery of projects with quality at par with the company’s standards.



The Jr. WordPress Developer will also: Deliver tasks on or before the deadline set by the Project Manager Follow up on missing requirements with the Project Manager if there are any. Time rendered for the task assigned should be within the budget hours assessed by the Project Manager. Participate in the composition of internal coding standards for the department. Maintain high standards of work quality and accuracy based on our development guidelines. Accuracy of requirements being implemented on the sites as provided by the Project Manager. Seeks ways to continually improve the quality of work Resolve issues that the Web Quality Analyst may find on the site that are integral for the delivery of the project. Must be able to work with a team or work with less supervision. Assist Web/Graphic Designer with questions related to the development of the design. Participate in different initiatives that would benefit the company moving forward Recommend improvements to existing processes and systems being used Must be updated with the latest development standards, best practices and trends. Minimum Qualifications:
College graduate, preferable in Computer Science, Information Technology, and/or other related fields With at least two years’ professional experience in Web Development. Strong knowledge in HTML and CSS Advance knowledge in JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX Strong development knowledge with working in the WordPress Framework, Bootstrap, or anything similar. Basic to Advanced knowledge in back-end and plugin development for WordPress. Familiarity in use of version control systems Basic to Advanced knowledge in databases. Must be willing to be assigned in Makati City and in Night Shift
