In your new role you will: Be the overall MAL Site Patent coordinator, which includes the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle of patent submission processes in MAL. Responsible for all accepted IPs by MAL site, partner with HQ patent officer & attorney for the necessary proceedings until the successful Patent filing. Be the facilitator & key events organizer for MAL innovation initiatives. Key events should include but not limited to Innovation Day , APTS, TLPF, I Community , Technical panel. Be the in-charge person for MAL Innovation TCR budget planning & spending tracking. Facilitate & drive InnoNET initiatives among DEV communities to formulate i-project. Responsible for timely update & management reporting related to Innovation activities' to Site Management Councils. Responsible to manage and track i-Project pipeline in DEV. Responsible to inculcate & define framework to cultivate Process Innovation among DEV communities. Responsible to connect & strengthen the collaboration with strategic partners (Universities & Suppliers). You are best equipped for this task if you have: Master's / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering / Material Science with more than 6 years relevant industry experience, and ideally with semiconductor exposure. At least 7 years of relevant working experience. Thereof 4 years of leading projects. Very good project management knowledge in terms of project initiation, planning and closing including reporting and documentation. Sound knowledge in semiconductor engineering and operation. Excellent communication skills. Excellent aptitude for collaboration, people management, negotiation and solution finding.
