**Responsibilities**:- Overall in-charge in the documentation for all import LCL, FCL and consolidation shipments of Oceanfreight Department- Receives pre-alert and copies of documents from clients, account owners, sales & overseas agents and coordinate accordingly- Prepares Inward Cargo manifest for submission to carriers and/or consolidators- Prepares E2M manifest based on standard practices and procedures for submission to BOC- 1st Audits LCL inward manifest before sending it to consolidator- Prepares duly signed shipping documents and releases these upon validation of HBL presented by the consignee or its authorized broker- Request payment for LCL co loaders and warehouse/ carrier destination charges- Raises irregularity reports immediately after discrepancies are reported- Prepares monthly monitoring report for documentation**Qualifications**:- Graduate of BS Customs Administration- At least 2 years experience in Import Freight Forwarding- With good communication skills- Knowledgeable in MS Office ApplicationsSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Parañaque City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Experience**:- Import Documentation: 1 year (preferred)
