**COMPETITVE COMPENSATION** General Objective: Responsible for managing HR functions in creating company policies, preparing and implementing compensation and benefits packages, recruitment and hiring, and maintaining updated employee records. Role and Responsibilities: Be VCloud's HR representative both internally and externally. Responsible for talent acquisition and creating job posts on the company website, LinkedIn, and other job boards and sites. Archiving resumes and scheduling applicant interviews. Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, and promotion opportunities. Manage compensation and benefits packages. Implement and enforce HR company policies and procedures. Ensure the updating of employee's records and job status when there are changes. Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions. Assist employees with HR-related queries and respond in a timely manner. Conduct training sessions with the Training and Development Manager. Manage the company's 401K plan. Manage the company's Payroll plan. Address any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and other company-related issues. Create and oversee employee onboarding processes and their checklists. Oversee daily operations of the office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient functioning. Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing files. Coordinate office activities and events, including staff meetings, training sessions, and team-building exercises. Supervise office staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. Maintain office supplies inventory, ordering new supplies when necessary and ensuring cost-effectiveness. Handle office budgeting and expense tracking, working to minimize costs and maximize efficiency. Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and promote a safe and productive work environment. Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Oversee facilities management, including maintenance, repairs, and security protocols. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate cross-functional communication and teamwork. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve office operations. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for decision-making. Qualifications and Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources OR a related field OR 3 years of experience in a similar role. Knowledgeable with talent acquisition. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Multilingual preferred but not required. Knowledgeable of Google applications such as Google Mail/Docs/Sheets. Familiarity with recruitment and hiring process. Good problem-solving abilities.
