Job Description:
WORK SCOPE: HR Task Maintain 201 file and employee records in system Coordination with Staff Acquisition Team Prepare and draft HR letter and document (ie memo, announcement) Benefits Administration Assist in company and government benefit administration Acts as Liaison or representative to the government agencies such as SSS/PHIC/HDMF for monitoring of documents, updates (employment status) and any transactions purposes. Employee Relations Administer the employee verification process Monitors and updates employee tracker / directory (ie Leaves, NTE) Manage employee Regularization and Offboarding Assist in planning and organizing HR activities and company events. Communicate company policies to employees and ensure its compliance are met Other tasks that may be assigned by the HR Manager from time to time.
