Working Hours: USA – Mountain time zone. 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (we can be flexible on this based on the location of the positions they are working)

Key Tasks/Responsibilities Become an expert on our client's products and the types of positions they need to fill. Maintain clear and consistent communication. Source, recruit, screen, and submit candidates for assigned positions. Build lasting relationships with candidates. Maintain job postings. Requirements 5+ years of recruiting experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc. Highly organized. Quick learner with the ability to understand complex job descriptions, companies, and customer needs. MS Office skills and Google Doc Skills. Ideal Automotive recruiting experience. Engineering or technical background/education. Passion for cars and electric vehicles. Access to LinkedIn Recruiter. Experience with Zoho Recruit.
