Details of the offer

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for administering compensation and benefits policies and serving as a link between management and employees.
Participate and facilitate human resource planning strategy and execute organization’s objectives.
Lead the company’s culture development initiatives.
Oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company compensation and benefits programs
Oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company compensation and benefits programs.
Oversee efforts in addressing leadership and behavioral competency development requirements for all employee groups.
Manages the staffing/employment function and activities.
Implement the necessary programs, systems and structures that ensure management succession and key talent management.
Undertake other identified organizational capability initiatives (i.e. strategy development organizational diagnosis & intervention, team development, performance management, & career development.)
Design and implement initiatives promoting industrial peace (harmonious labor and management relations)
Set directions and put structures, systems and programs in place that will support the total engagement thrust of the company.

Education:
B.S. in AB/BS Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science or other related sciences; Masters Degree and/or a Diploma Program in Business, Industrial Psychology, HR, Training, or Organizational Development is preferred
Experience:
At least 5 years experience in various Human Resources Management functions with specialization in OD, Training and Development, Employee/Industrial Relations & Services, Compensation and Benefits, HRIS, and Recruitment.
Knowledge/Skills:
Leadership/management, Training (entire cycle) & OD consulting skills, Job evaluation and analysis, HRIS, working knowledge of HR/OD operations & key initiatives, excellent communication & interpersonal skills, project management skills, knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, customer centric, works well under pressure and continuing change, assertive, passion for learning, achievement and excellence
