Human Resource (Hr) Manager

Job Description:
Develops and administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel. Plans, organizes and controls all activities of the department. Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems. Implements and annually updates compensation program; creates/rewrites job descriptions as necessary; analyzes compensation; monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary. Oversees recruitment process Ensures compliance with policies and procedures with the labor law. Attends labor cases if necessary Manages training development of each organization/department/project Oversees all department’s objectives and goals. Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College/Masteral Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent. At least 5-10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent. With background/knowledge in ISO. A driven, self-motivated individual with positive attitude. Resourceful and has initiative. Strong analytical and planning skills Good communication and presentation skills Excellent problem-solving skills WILLING TO BE ASSIGNED IN BATANGAS
