Job Qualifications:- No work experience required.Job Responsibilities:- Interview the applicants- Look for applicants that fits to the vacant position.- Handles the job postings.- Handles the input of data needed from applicant and employees.- Prescreens the applicants to determine the most qualified applicant for the vacant position.- Responsible for contacting the applicant who passed the prescreening, interview and exams.- Responsible for scheduling the interview of applicants to accommodate all applicants.- Prepare the forms needed for the newly hired applicants.- Responsible for establishing and compiling the files of the newly hired applicant.- Responsible for sorting and reviewing the resumes of the applicants.- Collecting the necessary information of the employee such as SSS number, PhilHealth, PagIbig, etc.- Ensures educational and company background and references are completed.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate**Benefits**:- Employee discount- Paid trainingSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
