Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Strong interpersonal, organized, keen to details, capable in identifying and recommend need for training of employee, skills in monitoring, organizing, negotiating, communicating and decision-making, proficient in use of microsoft office
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
