Ericsson PhilippinesLocation: TaguigWork rights: Local Employment ContractTravel requirement: None**Our Exciting Opportunity**:We are now looking for a Global Intercompany Order Management (Global ICOM Manila) to execute, support, and manage the cross-border service flows globally. The job role covers responsibilities within order execution for cross-border service requests and manages adherence to the EBP process and other financial and operational directives and requirements.**You will**:- Set-up/Create sales order/service order or WBS / Network in SAP- Run reports to check PO value against actual cost for invoicing. Close cost objects for time reporting if PO value is exceeded- Check data in Staffing Agreement (SA-form)- Run Batch Input Monitoring -daily- Handle remote service flows through EAB- Run period end closing activities, run cost center reports, project actual cost reports, COPA reports to verify correct bookings- Create/Maintain project set-up for overhead cost- Secure proper input for PO creation, follow-up PO acknowledgement and PO closing- Perform Purchase Order Goods Receipt (GR)- Handle fixed price Intercompany**To be successful in the role you must have**:- Education in Business Administration and experience of working with financial systems.- Basic knowledge of Ericsson Business Processes and ONE (SAP P12) system. (Internal)- Basis SAP system knowledge - 1 year (external)- Experience of processing complex administration and knowledge of Service Delivery Process, Models & Strategy.
