TheDepartment Manager for Human Resources and General Administrationreports directly to the VP-Corporate for all human-related concerns; manages all HR functions by proper planning, control, evaluation, development and implementation of company policies and procedures in areas such as Labor Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Development, Succession Planning and Performance Management Systems; utilizes administrative control and supervision including development and enforcement of company standards in regard to employee performance, job movements, discipline and administrative matters; reviews policies, recommends and implements possible solutions for the improvement of the organizational business; handles CBA negotiations.
Qualifications:
Graduate of HR, Business Administration or Management
With at least 5 years of experience in a managerial role and 10 years in overall HR functions
Knowledgeable in all facets HR functions and organization development
