• Expertise in Recruitment, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Training and Development, HR Policies and Procedures• Experience managing an HR team• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills• Attention to detail• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously• Proficient in HR and payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred• SHRM certification is a plus
