Responsibilities
• Develop and implement an effective recruitment strategy and process• Champion and build a talent management program• Drive a total compensation approach• Provide leadership, direction and coaching to senior leaders and managers in all disciplines of HR• Seamlessly manage and execute the employee lifecycle• Build and maintain effective working relationships• Communicate effectively at all levels• Create a great place to work• Maintain current knowledge and understanding of regulations• Ability to make occasional trips both domestic and international
Requirements
• Relevant HR Leadership experience with 10+ years in a people manager role• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing Site HR strategies for 300 or more employees• Strong communication skills• Strong knowledge of labor laws and local regulations & requirements• Experience building and leading a recruitment team and processes• Ability to think strategically, problem solve, and make sound business decisions• Experience in a matrixed environment• Strong bias for action and a keen sense of urgency
