JOB QUALIFICATIONS:- Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Behavioral Science, Psychology, IndustrialPsychology or any relevant courses- With background in Organizational Development, company structure, job analysis andemployee productivity.- At least 3 years of relevant experiences- Familiar with Organizational ChartsRESPONSIBILITIES:- Conducting Job analysis and creating Job Descriptions- Plan, direct, supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating toemployment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.- Oversee the evaluation, classification, and rating of occupations and job positions.- Implement major changes in all aspects of operations.- Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organizationalgoals.- Diagnose potential organizational problem areas.SALARY RANGE: 25K – 30KBENEFITS: Government Mandated benefits and HMOWORK SCHEDULE: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PMWORK LOCATION: Angeles City, Pampanga
