Major in human resources management is an advantageMinimum 5 years of experience in human resources profession preferably in F&B or FMCG industries, of which 2 years in managerial roleFully conversant in employment-related ordinances and rules & regulationsIn-depth understanding of all-round HR functionsStrong business acumen and influencing skillsTactful and diplomatic in handling employee communicationExperience in application of Human Resources Management SystemsGood command of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookFluency in both spoken and written English and Tagalog.
