Job Description:
Well versed in Human Resources activities such as handling employee relations and labor relations. Knowledgeable on procedures and laws under the Philippine Labor Code. Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures Administer the end-to-end recruitment and perform reference checks Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent. With at least 3-5 year of experience in the related field. Excellent in oral and written communication skills With strong analytical and planning skills. REQUIRED LANGUAGES: English and/or Mandarin
