JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree / College Degree in Psychology/Human Resources Management or any Business/Legal related course
• Fresh graduate or must have at least 6 months related experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task with strong time management skills
• Highly motivated and career-oriented
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Execute on-boarding, off-boarding and day-to-day admin work assigned to them
• Facilitation of all pre-employment activities with recruitment, as well as New Hire Orientations
• Assist in conducting the administrative due process including preparation of documents and records
• Maintain and organise records of all administrative proceedings and develop a comprehensive data base
• Process clearances and exit surveys for separated employees
• Maintain and analyse data/records for Labour Relations on a monthly basis
• Any upcoming tasks/projects given by the HR Manager and Labor Relations Team Leader
