Hr Assistant (Project Based)

Job Description:
Assists and facilitates all facets of Human Resources including Manpower Planning, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations and Well-Being, Organization development as well as Buildings and Grounds Administration requirements within company policies and procedures, government regulations, and operational budget with the objective of developing, utilizing company assets, and providing efficient HR services and support to TMs and BUs in the specific work location.
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resource Development Management. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply. Willing to be assigned in Employee Relations section. Strong analytical & planning skills, good communication & presentation skills and excellent problem-solving skills;
