Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR Strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Create, embed and monitor policies and procedures across the employment life cycle, including employment contracts and code of conduct
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job description for all positions
• Develop and manage performance metrics and KPIs, tracking success and operating with a continuous improvement mindset for the organization
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in the organization
• Evaluates existing salary and benefit structure including incentive schemes by creation of quarterly comparison report
• Conduct salary and labor market research and benchmarks
• Handle issues related to compliance with laws and regulations, including making sure the company is up to date with its licensing requirements
• Oversee and monitor activities for compliance with company and government regulations
• Conduct or direct the internal investigation of compliance issues
