Starting Salary (Negotialble): P15,000 (Remote)Must Have: Personal Computer and Internet Connection**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:- Administers various employee benefit programs.- Ensures timely processing and remittance of government contributions such as SSS, Philhealth and Pag-Ibig- Ensures timely and accurate processing of doctor's and reliever's payroll- Prepares and communicates information to employees about benefit programs, procedures, changes, and government-mandated disclosures.- Ensures compliance with all labor and benefit laws and stays current on regulatory changes.- Resolves conflicts with benefit providers for the purpose of validating enrollment eligibility and processing claims.- Ensures that each regular employee is provided with their corresponding benefit.- Provides, renews and maintains employee tools such as but not limited to mobile unit and line.- Establishes and maintains relationships with provider companies in order to stay up to date on policies and offer employees the best possible options.- Answers employee queries on compensation and benefit matters.- Performs other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.**Minimum Qualifications**- Analytical and planning skills- Good communication and presentation skills- Excellent problem-solving skills- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management/Psychology or equivalent- With at least 1-year work experience in administering Compensation and Benefits focused on Government Mandated benefits and payroll**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: From Php15,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Work from homeSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
