Hr Assistant

Job Descriptions
The position provides support to the day-to-day HR Operations including coordination of the recruitment and selection process, new staff orientations, monitoring and collating attendance/timekeeping reports, maintaining the HR database and 201 records, and performing other administrative tasks.
He/she assists in the implementation of HR policies and programs concerning talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, employee relations and engagement, compensation and benefits administration, report and records management and organization development.

Experience:
HR: 3 years (Required)
Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:
Bachelor's (Required)

Language:
TAGALOG, ENGLISH (Preferred)
