• Assist the Head and Top Management to implement and improve existing human resources procedures and policies
• Assist the Head in manpower recruitment, employee relations, training and updating all employees' 201 files
• Report to Head any irregularities
• Perform other functions related to Human Resources which the Department Head and TM deemed necessary
• Gather, evaluate and submit files of qualified applicants to HR head and TM
• Solicit information about outsource seminars and training which will be beneficial to the employees including the costs of every seminar
• Continuous contact with employees
• Get feedback from employees and report to Head related matters to company's policies and procedures
• Maintenance and coordination with Jeonsoft Payroll System
• Update employees' 201 files manually and electronically
• Assist Head and TM with the documentation related to all employees of the organization
• Monitor employees' attendance and leave balances
• Coordinator of company activities e.g. sports fest, team building, Christmas party, etc.
• Maintain active files of qualified applicants on a per position basis
• Validate the information of qualified applicants by administering recruitment tests, conducting initial interviews and background check
• Monitor contractual and probationary period of employees and ensure that notices and all pertinent documents will be distributed to the concerned parties on time
• Prepare and issue memorandum to employees who violated the company policy
• Prepare HR reports
• Distribute training schedule
• Receive training application
• Assist in-house training
• Checks employee attendance prior distribution of performance appraisal forms
• Philhealth, BIR, Pagibig and SSS matters
• TM's correspondence, appointments and schedules
• Birthday greetings for employees
• Monitor janitorial supplies and ensure the availability of all cleaning materials at all times
• Supervise janitorial activities on a daily basis
• Assist the Head in all HR related matters
QUALIFICATIONS
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• Good in oral and written communication
• Computer literate
• With good moral character
• Personable
