What your day-to-day responsibilities look like:
Social Media
- Handle all aspects of social media marketing and engagement to increase traction and engagement.
- Set forth social media and branding strategies.
- Extract and report social media data and generate reporting.
- Run effective ads on social media for recruitment & business development purposes.
- Outline monthly social media content and blog content in advance.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Ensure brand consistency in all social, new business, and internal communications.
- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Outline Marketing KPIs for all Marketing Departments to ensure all goals are exceeded.
- Identify trends and analyze competitors in our space.
- Evaluate and test emerging technologies to improve departmental operations.
Digital Marketing
- Outline monthly newsletter topics targeting CrewBloom’s audience.
- Measure report performance of email marketing campaigns.
- Generate, execute newsletter campaigns in addition to generating email marketing content for every CrewBloom Department.
- Work alongside our Digital Marketing Team and SEO and agency partners.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to outline the proposal and strategy for both organic and paid advertising campaigns.
- Build relationships with media agencies and other relevant partners for external promotion like guest postings, business features, and speakership.
- Create and manage a calendar of events such as webinars, conferences, and thought leadership contributions.
- Optimize website content, including lead magnet and popups to drive traffic, engagement, and inbound lead conversions.
Our Ideal ApplicantExperience in marketing and running a marketing team.
Proven experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail.
Professional and proactive work ethic.
High competence in project and stakeholder management.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

System RequirementsAt least 10mbps main internet and at least 5mbps for back-up.
A desktop or laptop that has i5 processor and at least 4 GB RAM with webcam.
Noise-canceling USB Headset.
Quiet, Dedicated Home Office.
Smartphone.
