Roles & Responsibilities: - Implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead.- Assist in the design of software configuration and customization using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to meet business process design and application requirements.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful software configuration and customization.- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and related technologies. Qualifications:Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM).- Additional Must To Have Skills: None- Additional Good To Have Skills: ASP.NET MVC- 4 years of experience in software configuration and customization using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.- Solid understanding of software configuration management principles.- Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
