He/She will work in close collaboration with Field Force Capability Manager (FFCM),Marketing and Sales local leadership team, P&C and other departments in developing and implementing project related to effectiveness and efficiencies. Implement training evaluation processes to measure the effectiveness and relevance of training programs, including training transfer aspects. Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the trainings introduced and conducted. Provide support in terms of digitalization and automation of sales processes, projects and other activities.
