**Responsibilities**:- Ensure labor/disciplinary cases are carried out timely and in compliance with company policies and due process requirements- Drafts, notices, letters memos and the like in compliance with the company and labor standards- Ensures the strict implementation of the proper imposition of Disciplinary Action- Initiate and conduct case investigations and administrative hearing- Assists in providing recommendations on case decisions and appropriate corrective actions- Provide assistance, guidance and advice to the employees- Acts as a liason and completes all documents for DOLE related inquiries and issues- Assist in representing the company in Labor proceedings- Ensure and updates proper implementations of HR Policies and Procedures- Manages employee performance evaluation- Onboarding and pre employment requirements- Conducts exit interview, process clearances and provides report- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time**Qualifications**:- **Has SOLID working knowledge with Labor Laws and Employee Relations**:- **Has related experience with Employee discipline and relations**:- **Smart, proactive, resourceful and able to provide solutions with the problems encountered**:- **Has initiative to do tasks and work responsibilities**:- **Open for new learnings and tasks related to HR**:- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both oral and in writing- Amenable for a hybrid working set up but still willing to go to office if needed- Willing to work Mondays to Fridays (9am to 6pm) in Makati office- Amenable in a hybrid working set up**WHY JOIN US?**We offer competitive salary and we have incentives like the following:- Meal allowance- Transportation allowance- Perfect attendance bonus- HMO- Sick leave- Vacation leave that is convertible- Performance bonus**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Company car- Company events- Health insurance- Work from homeSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Makati: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- If you are given a task or work that is first time you have encountered, what will be your thoughts and how will you handle it?**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
