Service Division Manager South East Asia (Food & Water, Energy) in a European MNC - Engineering Industry About the job Reporting to the Regional Managing Director of South East Asia, you will be part of the Management Team and responsible for the Service division business (Food & Water, and Energy) in South East Asia. The Service division will comprise of both after sales as well as service operations. The role is based in one of our Alfa Laval offices in South East Asia and you will lead an organization of about 160 people with 3 direct reports. Profile We are looking for a dedicated and inspirational person to bring the Service business to the next level. You will be a key player in our regional strategy aiming to transform customers’ experiences throughout the customer journey and accelerate the success of our customers. You are strategic and evaluate the performance to recommend new strategies and ways of working for improvement. You embrace technology, using both offline and online market information to develop and execute the business strategies together with your team. You have implemented and adapted new business models to accommodate digital transformation of business transactions. You stay resilient and quickly recover from setbacks and obstacles, when things do not go as expected. You are able to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization. You engage with your team to drive the business together and celebrate closing of sales deals. Encouraging your team to go beyond their abilities is essential and you guide them to develop their potentials to drive performance and accountability. You embrace the culture of collaboration and empowerment, having an effective relationship with people. Key Responsibilities Develop a business strategy in collaboration with central business units to expand and grow the Service business through different ways to market. Create a customer focused culture and improve customer satisfaction in all touchpoints. Lead change management of the Service team to adapt to new market demands. Drive implementation of lead nurturing process supported by new CRM system. Develop, motivate and coach direct reports to secure the development of relevant competencies and performance in the division. Desired Experience and Competences Master degree in engineering is preferred. You should be working in a similar position in an international setting with a matrix structure. You have good relationships and networking preferably in similar industries. You look at the business with an outside-in perspective, securing decisions as well as ideas to be guided by the customer.
