Distributor Manager - Region 2

Job Responsibilities• Manages and strengthens the business partnership with Distributors.• Ensures Distributors'' operations are efficient and effective, i.e., warehouse & inventory management,logistics, sales force, etc.• Implement, follow up and update the Field Sales Plan for the assigned Distributor/s• Ensures Distributors are performing their roles and achieving the KPI target set by Nabati• Works with key partners to ensure vendor targets are achieved by leveraging both vendor-led and internally-funded campaigns and activations.• Creates and implements category growth strategies• Owns the setting up, tracking, insights, and preparation of a quality post-mortem to ensure that activations are continuously improved upon• Works with the marketing team to launch and track campaign performance• Provides key input for the marketing team's campaignsJob Requirements• BS/BA in Business Administration, Management, Sales, or a relevant field• At least 5 years of relevant experience gained from an FMCG organization• Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills• Analytical and creative thinking• Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills• Customer-oriented approach with aptitude• Ability to travel as needed• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Amenable to onsite work and shifting schedule
