Job Description:
Responsible for the development, implementation and coaching of Corporate training concepts and training tools at operational level.

He/she co-ordinates, conducts and supervises all relevant training –development activities within the area of responsibility of the L&D activities according to the guidelines received through the Director for Human Resources to meet the One-Of Collection’s strategy targets and objectives.

He/ she does this always with due regard to execution and maintenance of our operational policies and standards. In performing these duties he/she shall at all times maintain good relations with his/her supervisor(s) and the management. Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science or Human Resource Management

At least three (5) years relevant working experience.

Preferably with solid background in Training Facilitations in Hospitality Industry & Resort Operations

Willing to be based in BGC, Taguig City and with opportunities to travel to various properties of One-Of Collection, with an objective of conducting trainings, related programs or company events

Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills;
