Job Description:
The Compenben and Employee Relations Supervisor will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations such as Employee Relations and Discipline, Welfare and Benefits Administration and Recruitment.
Employee Relations Assist the Corporate Services Director in Employee Relations issues ranging from simple to complex violation. Prepare and serve disciplinary memos, handle disciplinary cases, facilitate administrative hearing and assist with any corrective action program. Must be very good in communication both verbal and written. Promote corporate workplace culture compliant to the Code of Conduct. Instrumental in determining employee morale. Welfare and Benefits In charge of the whole spectrum of welfare and benefits administration ranging from government mandated benefits to company sponsored benefits (enrollment and deletion) Conceptualize and implement health and wellness program designed to boost health and wellness of the workforce. Keep track of employee update (change in employment status and or compensation, regularization, increase, transfer) and issue corresponding notices. In charge of the monitoring of probationary and agency employees. Ensure company compliance on Occupational Safety and Health regulation. Recruitment, Selection and Placement Will assist the Talent Acquisition Manager in sourcing qualified candidates, initial screening, interview scheduling, background checking and coordination of pre-employment activities and requirements. Timekeeping and Payroll Administration
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent. Or at least minimum of 5 years solid experience in HR subprocesses such as Timekeeping and Payroll Administration, Compensation & Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, Occupational Safety and Health, and in depth understanding of labor laws. At least 2 Year(s) in supervisory capacity is required for this position.
