Chief Finance Officer (Cfo)

Long term decision making based on a holistic perspective
Concurrently setting the financial objectives with the CEO for the company
Other special projects and assignments
At least 15-20 years experience and accumulated knowledge to cover all or most of the following areas; Treasury, Financial Planning, Financial Accounting, Auditing and Financial Analysis is required
With at least 15 years of Management experience, preferably 5 years of which in Top Level is required
Knowledge of international accounting standard is required
Preferably has a post-graduate degree in a business-related course
A Professional Qualification and/or an MBA degree or a similar degree is a definite advantage.
Has consistently shown the ability to assess and solve problems under time pressure
Possesses a highly developed analytical discipline
With strategic thinking
With strong communication and presentation skills
With strong leadership qualities
Exhibits strong work ethics
With an entrepreneurial sense to effectively manage business profitability and sustainability
With the ability to influence, teach, and supervise staff.
Willing to work within Quezon City area
