Position : BookkeeperWork Hours : M-F / 10am-6pm or 9am-5pm UK: M-F / 5pm-1am or 4pm-12am MNL(FLEXIBLE: we will work with them to find the most appropriate hours - whether it's a mix between UK / MNL for example)Holidays : PH HolidaysDuties and Responsibilities:- Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting & process- Ensuring VAT is properly recorded and invoice / receipt attached to each transaction- Reconcile sales taxes, payroll taxes, and bank accounts at the end of each week- Monitor financial transactions and reports- Process accounts receivable and payable- Understand ledgers- Work with our accountant when necessary- Implement automated processes for Stripe / PayPal posting processes- Prepare budget forecasts & monthly financial reports- Reconciling reports to third-party records such as bank statementsMinimum Requirements:- At least 3 years of experience with bookkeeping in e-commerce industry- Good understanding of UK bookkeeping (such as VAT, P&L, Balance Sheet, Depreciations, etc) is required- Knowledge of QuickBooks Accounting software is a must- Knowledge of Receipt Bank / Dext is nice to haveKnowledge of PayPal & Stripe reconciliation is a must- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Attention to detail and accuracy of work- Able to prepare, review and understand financial statements.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenPay: Php40,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Work from homeSchedule:- 8 hour shiftApplication Question(s):- Do you have knowledge or at least familiarity with UK Accounting/Bookkeeping?
