You will be required to maintain high quality throughout the kitchen whilst also occasionally running your own section. You will need to have an understanding of the whole kitchen and have the ability to help all sections throughout any given day.In this role your responsibilities will include:- Running a section and working closely with the Commis Chefs.- Taking on responsibility of stock take and health & safety when required.**WHAT DO I NEED?**- 2+ years' experience as Chef de Partie or higher.- A thorough understanding of classic cookery skills.- Good, demonstratable knife skills.- Thorough understanding of kitchen etiquette and practice, such as lack of wastage, cleanliness & punctuality.- An unrelenting pursuit of quality within all aspects of the kitchen.This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to work in an expanding restaurant group.
