Cashiering Supervisor (Metro Manila)

JOB SUMMARY Responsible for the accounting of all cash and check payments and remittances in the store. Train and monitor the performance of sales cashiers. Prepare all the necessary reports and documents related to cash operations.
FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. CUSTOMER SERVICE
Provide excellent customer service at all times which includes attending to cashiering-related inquiries and complaints for their immediate resolution.
Follow up customers' outstanding account, credit card payments, and reconcile these with Credit Services Department.
2. CASHIERING AND ADMINISTRATION
Monitor and ensure the efficiency of all cashiering transactions.
Ensure the availability of change fund for daily operations, manage petty cash fund, and prepare timely replenish
3. PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
Recommend the hiring, training and transfer of cashiers based on the performance and fitness to the target jobs.
Ensure effective training and performance of subordinates to optimum level
