We have workspace solutions for different team objectives and varying work styles, giving teams the ability to work where, when, and how they want.**Job Summary**:The Business Development Manager for B&P Workspaces shall be responsible for coming up with business strategies and business models covering the commercial sale, lease, and management of our B&P Workspaces.**Responsibilities**:**Business Development & Sales Management**:Oversee the negotiations surrounding the sale, lease, and purchase of B&P Workspaces.Create, develop, and explore commercial opportunities to increase the company's income through existing and potential new clients.Initiate and develop business relationships.Ensure that the management is constantly appraised of the business activity, market opportunities, status, trends, and business developments.Develop strategies to realize commercial opportunities and minimize risks to the business.Produce and deliver a sales action plan which supports the company's strategic objectives, achieving sales targets and using initiative to take corrective measures as needed.Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company's portfolio and working knowledge of competitor products/services.Managing rights and obligations under the company's key commercial agreements and other regulatory bodies.Obtain customer feedback on service quality and share with management to continuously improve the business operations.Identify new market opportunities, taking the lead on constructing a robust and successful business proposal that secure new deals, contracts and long-term relationships. Obtain support from senior business development management to finalize recommendations and negotiations strategy.**Maintain a high level of confidentiality throughout**: on current business activities, short-long term plans, proposals under scrutiny and any other activity related to the business.Ensure areas of responsibility are delivered in a way that are consistent with the company's goals and financial-cost improvement plans.Monitor industry legislative developments, develop and implement strategic changes to maintain compliance and maximize business performance.Develop and maintain an excellent rapport with key stakeholders such as clients, community organizations, regulatory bodies etc.Provide commercial and business development support/advice to other areas of the business according to the need.Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events, and other related activities.**Financial Management**:Ensure the profitability by ensuring the attainment of KPIs and sales targets.Oversee expenses and budgeting and has full P&L responsibility to help the organization optimize costs and benefits**Strategic Management**:Identify risks and provides solutions that allow for innovation and change.Brainstorm with management/peers for best practices.Drive performance enhancements to showcase real value initiatives for clients and company.Provide ad-hoc and on-going decision support to the management by engaging in data analysis, risk/return analysis, research, and market assessment activities for varying business scenarios.**Communication & Reporting**:Ensure consistency and quality in all communications.Provide actionable feedback for improvement and course correction internally and externally.Comfortable influencing across teams and stakeholders.Creates and submits Monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to Management & ExecutivesSubmits and presents sales and business review to Management & ExecutivesTeam ManagementSelect, train, develop, and manage performance of staff coordinate, plan, and assign work in accordance with the policies Implement employee engagement, rewards, and recognition activities to drive performance, illicit employee satisfaction and mitigate attrition.**Requirements**:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related fieldAt least 5-8 years of working experience in business, sales and/or project development in the real estate and property management industry particularly office leasingMust have experience in commercial development and leasingExperience in budgeting and project managementEffective problem solving and analytical skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and project at once detail-orientedDemonstrate passion for people, communities, and urban developmentFlexible with work hours and amenable to travel as needDemonstrable experience in negotiation and meeting client requirementsKnowledge of data analytics and reportingExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities with aptitude in fostering long-term relationshipsExcellent organizational and leadership abilityAnalytical mind-set wit
