Job Description As a Business Development Representative , you will play a pivotal role in our company's global success. Your mission will be to conduct proactive research, identify potential customers, and target markets. Utilizing various channels like email, phone calls, social media, and networking, you'll engage prospects with compelling and personalized messages, capturing their interest. Through meaningful conversations, you'll gain a deep understanding of leads' needs, challenges, and purchasing intentions. With your competitive and goal-oriented outlook, you'll qualify leads based on established criteria and build lasting relationships by providing relevant information and addressing inquiries. As the driving force behind lead generation and sales, you'll manage the end-to-end process, maintaining accurate records in our CRM system. What do you need to succeed 1 - 3 years of related experience
Competitive and goal-oriented outlook
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Self-motivated and skilled in conducting phone conversations
Strong communication and objection-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge and excellent organizational skills
What awaits you in this role Outbound Lead Generation:

Conduct proactive research to identify potential customers and target markets.
Utilize various channels, such as email, phone calls, social media, and networking, to engage with prospects and generate leads.
Craft compelling and personalized messages to initiate conversations and capture prospects' interest.
Qualification and Lead Nurturing:

Engage in meaningful conversations with leads to understand their needs, challenges, and purchasing intentions.
Qualify leads based on established criteria, such as budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).
Nurture and build relationships with leads by providing relevant information and addressing their inquiries.
Sales Pipeline Management:

Manage the end-to-end process of lead generation and sales, including lead sourcing, initial contact, qualification, and handoff to the sales team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and progress in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads and facilitate effective communication.
Sales Support and Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales team to provide necessary support in terms of market insights, competitive intelligence, and lead information.
Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and ensure consistency across all stages of the lead generation and sales process.
Participate in regular meetings and provide feedback on lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and areas for improvement.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:

Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as lead conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and revenue generated.
Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline progress, and sales metrics to management.
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimizing the lead generation and sales process.
