General Duties
. Gather requirements and collaborate with stakeholders.
. Document business requirements
. Liaise with various departments for development, UAT and implementation.
. Create Process Flows and solutions Documentation
. Actively participate in stakeholder meetings and activities that will help contribute to his/ her understanding of the business and the industry
. Proactively research industry trends, strategies, technologies, and solutions and apply this knowledge in proposing changes to business processes

Skills
. Good oral and written communication skills
. Knowledge in Office productivity tools such as Excel including Macros, Word, PowerPoint
. Research capabilities at par with latest technologies used for business analytics
. Experience with managing Software providers is desired
. Knowledge and experience in any business process modeler tool is desired
Education
. Bachelor's Degree in any 4 year course preferably on the following fields:
o Computer Science
o Information Systems
o Business Administration
o Computing, Statistics or related field
Experience
At least 2 years relative working experience
Responsibility
. Identifying, validating, and communicating key business requirements
. Initiating systematic data gathering in the planning stage of projects
. Presenting options to clients and defend the best possible solution
. Documenting agreements and commitments from various groups for smooth project execution and ensuring all deliverables are met on time
. Creating workflows and user guides for end users
. Documenting issues and track backlogs
. Contributing to project plans
. Researching industry trends, strategies, technologies, and solutions and sharing this information with the rest of the team
. Providing support to the Sr. Specialist or other team members as required
