Brand Experience Executive

Job Description:
To create experiential product on Dekoruma's platform and any of our business units including brand/product campaign, before-and-after purchase that elevate user experiences. Execute brand strategy requirements based on in-depth market & industry insight; Analyze market trends to generate new ideas to grow the market share, improve customer experience and drive growth and conversion; Work closely with the business, product, tech, marketing, operations team and other stakeholders to run the new features and enhancements; Minimum Qualifications:
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data analytics is a plus. Comfortable working with numbers & tight deadlines Self-driven, love challenges, have entrepreneurial spirit and get things done. Understand online and offline customer behaviours of different markets and cultures Delivering results that achieve company’s goal in timely manner. Exercise design thinking in every project and can challenge concepts when necessary.
