Salary : P 33,000.00/month
Responsibilities Assists the Team Leader and Project Manager on project management of the software development lifecycle will be Agile Methodology. Ensures the sufficiency and sustainability of various resources such as ICT software, hardware and human capital, required throughout the project lifecycle by conducting proper project planning and analysis thus preventing delays on timelines, project goals, and scope due to business disruptions. Ensures timely, efficient, and accurate implementation of the project by preparing proposals, plans, business presentations for stakeholders that contain various relevant components such as project goals, budget, desired outcomes and deliverables, and timelines thus providing transparency on every project aspect such as technical, and lifecycle Provides insights and suggestions to the Project Manager to prevent possible project fault and disruption by analyzing Project Risk, Disaster, Process/Service, and Change Management Plan prior to the start of every project. Assists Project Manager in conducting design thinking through undergoing gaps and impact analysis, customer journey, and empathy mapping techniques during project planning to formulate and identify appropriate short and long-term digital solutions to the hospital's immediate needs and requirements making the outcomes and deliverables of the project specifically designed for the stakeholders' requirements. Establishes efficient and quality services by having constant communications with the concerned stakeholders to understand, negotiate, manage expectations, and communicate on plans, initiatives, progress, or state (including the changes of schedule, scope, budget, or resources - whether budget, human capital, and infrastructure) of development/maintenance projects. Cascade feedback of stakeholders to the Project Manager. Create technical documents on the implementations done in the project including database design, integrations, APIs, process flows, patches, upgrades, and migrations to provide continuity and knowledgebase for easier technical transition and training. Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience At least 1 year of relevant experience in Project Management Knowledgeable in Agile Methodology and Waterfall Frameworks Knowledgeable with requirements gathering, software engineering, and technical documentation Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work Benefits of working as a Associate Project Manager in Mandaluyong:
