Project Manager- Makati City

Determine and define project scope and objectives- Predict resources needed to reach target sales and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner- Prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements- Track project costs in order to meet budget- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan- Effectively manage all aspects of production to meet company and project goals- Effectively communicate across departments project status and support needs- Manage and lead a team of Installation Supervisors and Project Engineers who lead the installation crews.- Oversee Installation Supervisors and Project Engineers ensure each roof installation meets standards in work safety, efficiency, and manufacturer's specifications- Represent the company in a professional manner in all dealings with customers, personnel, and the public.- Manage contracts with clients and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress- Meet with customers to verify satisfaction with work and billing; deliver warranties- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution- Schedule project inspection to review progress- Monitor material usage, minimize waste, anticipate shortages, and order materials as needed- Monitor the progress of the project. Monitor quality of installations.- Supervise teams and inspect the quality of work to ensure standards are met. Make adjustments as needed.- Track labor hours and production against stated goals- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement- Ensure full compliance with all safety guidelines.- Review final paperwork to ensure change orders are reflected and billed- Participate in client's final inspectionSchedule:- Early shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Project Management: 1 year (preferred)
