• Works directly with Project Lead to coordinate all aspects of Project Development and execution of all project documentation, coordinating the internal project processes and review of all project inputs, and coordinating the production of the final project.• Must be a team player who can handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment meeting firm deadlines. Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and skills in copy-editing, grammar, styles, spelling, and punctuation needed. Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project are essential.• Works closely with Project Coordinator and Project Management Lead, and the Project team to ensure that all internal and external requirements are met from receipt of contract award through completion of the project.• Responsible for the overall adherence to the Company's Project process and reports to the Project Lead.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Responsible for the overall adherence to the Company's Project process and reports to the Project Lead.• Develop the project responsibility matrix and assure that the project team is adhering to guidelines in the Company's Project Guidelines.• Develop the Inception Report, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)and Project Management Plan (PMP) with the Project Team and work with the Project Controls to assure the PMP is progressed every two weeks.• Schedule, organize and lead internal Project kick off meeting with assigned Project Manager and identified team.• Liaise with technical teams across multiple business practices and offices, to request documentation of their deliverables required for total Project progress, costs and estimated future spend to allow Project Managers and management to make the proper assessment of the health of the total project.• Liaise with technical teams across multiple business practices and offices, to request documentation of their deliverables required for total Project progress, costs and estimated future spend to allow Project Managers and management to make the proper assessment of the health of the total project.• Identify key problem areas as during the Project developments and review problems and recommended solutions with Project Lead.• Ensure that the project is fully compliant with the client's requirements. Where this is not possible, identify alternatives and obtain a management approval for the deviation.• Ensure that scope of services is fully defined in the Project Management Plan and that the words are consistent with the basis of the estimate prepared by the Pre-Sales Team.• Coordinate the internal flow and review of all Project inputs and outputs while ensuring the appropriate personnel review and approval prior to submitting to the Project Lead for distribution.• Other reasonable and normal duties associated with the Associate Project Manager position, as directed by the Project Lead.QUALIFICATIONS:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, and Engineering, is highly desirable.• 2-5 Years of experience working in the ICT industry with exposure to private and government projects.• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.• PMP certification is not required. But will be required to be certified in a short period of time.• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Visio) and MS Projects are essential.• Knowledge and skills in technical proposal preparation is a plus.• Knowledge in project management methodologies.• Ability to demonstrate initiative and assertiveness, the ability to plan and manage work in an efficient manner, and the ability to work well under stress and time pressure.• Highly motivated, well organized, resourceful and proactive with a tenacious and empowering team orientated style.• Well-developed written and verbal communication, interpersonal, influencing and presentation skills.• Demonstrated problem solving experience with the ability to multi-task and apply a structured approach to complex situations.• Ability to work irregular schedule and long hours needed to meet required deadlines.
